Product Recall Training as it Pertains to CPSC Regulations

Cahill Consultants, Inc.’s CPSC Training Video is separated into two parts:

Part I of this video is designed to provide your company with general and regulatory information, in addition to procedures that are necessary to deploy a successful product recall.  This segment will encompass the following topics:  human factor, product recall, product withdrawal, stock recovery, issue identification, corporate knowledge, root cause analysis, safety hold, insurance, product recall infrastructure, communications, effectiveness checks, recall status reports, product disposal and concluding a product recall.

Part II of this video will outline and educate your company on the regulatory requirements for reporting a product recall or potential product safety issue/defect to the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission.
